Ravenwood linerless labels are by definition suitable for labelling skin pack wraps. The great advantage of the skin pack label applicator line lies in the optimum size of the labels relative to super-protruding packs containing sealed product that protrudes above the height of the tray (as shown in the above example). This reduces the number of tray sizes that are required and, moreover, provides for the use smaller trays that reduce the consumption of packaging material.
The great advantage of skin packs is the longer shelf-life of the product, which also reduces rejects and waste in the chain.
